At Neurogum India, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your fashion items don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 15 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags and packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Package your items securely in the original box; our courier partner will conduct a brief on-site inspection before collecting the parcel.

  Reverse Logistics

  Once picked up, your package will be shipped back to our central warehouse in India for a final quality check by our fashion experts.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, or your exchange item will be dispatched.
